Freedom Utility Placement installs underground utility lines such as conduits, pipes, wires & cables using horizontal directional drilling, a trenchless installation method that does not require an open trench. Horizontal directional drilling, or HDD, allows utility lines to be placed underneath natural and man-made obstacles that cannot be crossed using traditional open-trench methods.

Freedom Utility Placement offers installation of utility lines using the "trenchless" method of horizontal directional drilling, commonly referred to as "HDD" or "directional boring".
HDD is a method of underground line placement by which there is no excavation or open trench.
